Product Classification as "Articles"

In accordance with the REACH Regulation, the products we supply are classified as "articles"—defined as objects which during production are given a special shape, surface, or design which determines their function to a greater degree than does their chemical composition. Under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, our products do not involve an intended release of substances. Therefore, the registration requirements for substances in articles do not apply to our product portfolio.

Statement on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) regularly updates the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). We continuously monitor these updates and maintain close communication with our supply chain.

We hereby confirm, to the best of our knowledge and based on the information provided by our production partners, that all products supplied by spacemagnets Europe GmbH do not contain any of the SVHCs listed on the current ECHA Candidate List in concentrations exceeding 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).
